After buying a ticket, an order confirmation will be emailed to you with a phone number and bar-code which will be scanned upon boarding the shuttle. On the morning of the festival you will receive an SMS, including the shuttle details and boarding navigation point.

It is important to include your mobile phone number, in order to receive the on-going transportation updates.

- The tickets are round trips only, there are no one-way sales.

- Rides back from the Masada Hall to Tel Aviv will return in full - only, and continue until the end of the event.

- In case a shuttle from Tel-Aviv is not full, it will be merged with another to avoid cancellation. A notification will be sent to the registrants.

- The shuttle’s departures depend on demand. In cases of low registration from specific stations, the shuttle will be canceled, and you will be refunded!
